Our Story
I grew up in a West Indian home where tea wasn't just a drink, it was how we looked after each other. Headaches, long days, quiet moments, there was always a cup for it.
Years later, protein shakes never felt like that. So I made PROTEA tea that still feels like care, built to do a little more.
About Protea
Everything sold as wellness felt loud.
We wanted the opposite.
Bright colour, bold claims. Wellness that often asks more of you than it gives back. We wanted something quieter. So we built PROTEA around a different idea: a tea that fits into your day without asking for your attention.
Protein infused and thoughtfully formulated, each blend is built with ingredients chosen for a purpose, whether that's a gentle lift, sustained focus, or a moment to slow down. We kept the ingredient list intentional and the design even simpler.

Rise opens with bright citrus and warming ginger over a smooth black tea base, complemented by Collagen protein, Taurine and added caffeine to gently awaken the morning, finished with Vitamin C, Niacin, Vitamins B5, B6 and B12, alongside Zinc, it’s made for a slower, steadier start rather than a sudden jolt.
Focus
Blackcurrant & Hibiscus
Focus brings together a smooth black tea base with layers of Blackcurrant and Hibiscus, enriched with Collagen protein, Lion’s Mane and L-Theanine from green tea extract. Finished with Vitamin C, Niacin, Vitamins B5, B6 and B12, alongside Zinc, it’s created for calm concentration and steadier afternoons.

Raspberry & Chamomile
Restore settles into delicate Raspberry, Chamomile and black tea notes, complemented by Collagen protein and Magnesium. Finished with Vitamin C, Niacin, Vitamins B5, B6 and B12, alongside Zinc, it’s caffeine-free and designed for a gentler transition into the evening.
